A Dundee children’s orchestra which was at risk of closure has welcomed a decision to continue its funding.
There were fears for the future of the Big Noise groups in Douglas after council cuts meant they lost the bulk of their financial backing.
But the Scottish Government has now said it’ll provide the money – allowing what many say is a vital service to keep going.
