Children want more traffic-free routes, survey finds

Cycling, walking and scooting to school is a regular part of the day for many.

Children across Scotland want safer streets for walking and cycling, according to a new survey by the active travel charity Sustrans.

84% of children said they would like more traffic-free paths and quiet routes, whilst 77% want more segregated cycle routes.
