People who were conceived by donor eggs, sperm or embryo in the past 18 years will soon be able to find out who those donors were.
But fertility experts here say that change has led to a significant drop in the number of donors coming forward, and a reliance on expensive donations from overseas to meet growing demand for fertility treatment.
