SNP MP Joanna Cherry has told STV News former First Minister Nicola Sturgeon “put a target on her back,” by branding her “transphobic” over her gender critical views.
Joanna Cherry’s sold out show was initially cancelled by the Stand Comedy Club, after staff objected to working at the event.
Heightened security measures were in place after the MP revealed she’d been subject to numerous threats online.
