Charity warning over asthma attacks as schools to return

It's estimated more than 70,000 children in Scotland have Asthma

A charity is warning the number of children being take to hospital after having an asthma attack could soar once schools return.

Figures from Asthma and Lung UK Scotland show over the past seven years, hospital admissions spike in August and September, compared to July.

The charity is urging parents to be vigilant ahead of schools going back.
