The chair of the public inquiry into disgraced Dundee doctor Sam Eljamel has promised to put the surgeon’s former patients at the centre of the inquiry.
Mr Eljamel was head of neurosurgery at NHS Tayside before he was suspended in 2013.
Today, Lord Weir was meeting patients for the first time to seek views on the scope of the inquiry’s draft terms of reference.
