Care workers from three Scottish council areas have come together to protest for better pay.
Home carers in Falkirk, Renfrewshire and West Dunbartonshire – who are mostly low-paid women – have all walked out as part of the dispute.
The GMB Union is warning equal pay claims like these totalling tens of millions of pounds will risk sinking local authorities without government intervention.
