Campaigners calling for end to Glasgow night-time flights

The airport is assessing arrival and departure routes which will open to feedback next year

Campaigners in Clydebank are calling for Glasgow Airport to end all night-time flights, describing the noise from planes as ‘horrendous’ and ‘nightmarish’.

The call comes after airport bosses further delayed sound-proofing of homes in the area of Whitecrook which sits directly underneath the flightpath.
