Doctors are warning the decision to remove guidance around face masks in healthcare settings is playing Russian roulette with staff and patient welfare.
The Scottish Government removed the need to wear face coverings in hospitals, dentist and GP surgeries in May this year.
However the Scottish Healthcare Workers Coalition has written to ministers to highlight, what they call, very serious flaws in the decision.
