Business leaders are calling on the Scottish Government’s transport secretary to set out a clear timetable for the dualling of the whole of the A96 between Aberdeen and Inverness.
They’ve written to Fiona Hyslop urging her to take heed of safety concerns and say an upgrade is essential for the area’s economic future.
