There is a call for free formula milk for babies to be piloted across Scotland. A report by Feed UK found that UNICEF guidelines advising that baby and food banks that do not directly provide formula creates barriers for those affected by food poverty.
It’s now recommending a more widespread form of distribution, including through pharmacies.
