Business rates hurting the high streets says sector

Some retailers are now telling us business rates are making things even more difficult

Scotland’s high streets have been hit hard in the last few years – with the pandemic, rising energy bills, inflation and Brexit all adding to the challenges.

They want the Scottish Government to give them similar help to their counterparts in England and Wales.
