The Mayor of Greater Manchester has offered to help cities like Glasgow explore bringing bus services back under public control.
In an interview with STV News, Andy Burnham said he’s certain bus franchising means a “better deal for the public”.
Transport bosses are trying to reverse a decline in passenger numbers, but say no decisions have been made yet.
