Building secured for Scotland’s first Roma cultural centre

The group has been running for 10 years but having a facility like this will make a big difference

Scotland’s first Roma cultural centre will be opening in Glasgow after a community group secured a building in the Southside.

It’s hoped it’ll be a hub for locals offering a recreational and social space. It’ll be run by the charity, Romano Lav, which needs to raise up to £10,000 to refurbish the centre.
