Bear rescued from Ukraine settling in to new home

Yampil, an Asiatic black bear, has been recovering from his journey and getting to know his new keepers

A bear left injured and traumatised after Russian shelling of a zoo in Ukraine has been settling in at his new home in Scotland.

Today, he received some very special visitors, who’ve been eagerly waiting to welcome him.
