Backlash as St Andrews running track shut down

More than 2,500 people have backed a petition opposing the university's move.

A decision to scrap a running track in St Andrews is receiving widespread backlash from Scotland’s athletics community.

Scottish Athletics says there has been a lack of consultation – while Clubs which use the track say the decision has come “out of the blue.”
