Hundreds of A-grade students from migrant and asylum families are struggling to access University because of a Scottish Government tuition fee policy.
They’re being classed as international students and are facing paying up to £25,000 a year for their courses, despite having gone through the Scottish education system.
The Scottish Government is currently carrying out a consultation on changes to the law, after a landmark case ruled the policy breached the European Convention of Human Rights.
