As we head into the easter weekend, businesses in Ardrossan say they feel neglected over plans to upgrade the harbour to allow ferry services to return.
Vessels are currently sailing from Troon to Arran because the North Ayrshire port cannot accommodate the new Glen Sannox or the Alfred.
The Scottish Government insists it is committed to the future of Ardrossan Harbour and is in talks about buying it.
However, ministers refuse to say when work will begin.
