Dozens of staff at Aberdeen University have been on strike today over the threat of job cuts and possible compulsory redundancies.
The University and Colleges Union says management is not consulting them as they try to make multi-million-pound savings.
Bosses say they’re disappointed at the action, which is due to last for four days.
