Aberdeen Union Street shop occupancy improves to pre-pandemic level

A number of new incentives aimed at reviving the high street are taking effect.

The number of empty shops on Aberdeen’s Union Street has fallen to pre-pandemic levels.

It’s after incentives were brought in to entice new businesses.

That’s despite figures from the Scottish Retail Consortium pointing to a “disappointing” set of results for July.
