More than a million Scots are facing a growing debt problem, as the cost of living squeezes household budgets and forces many to cut back on spending.
That’s the warning tonight from Citizens Advice Scotland, whose analysis of a recent poll found 1.3 million people living in Scotland are struggling on their current income.
The demographic of affected people is growing.
