90% of Shetland Islanders could be in fuel poverty next year

Shetland Islands Council says fuel bills this winter could double those on the mainland

As the energy crisis deepens, the local authority says by next spring more than 90% of islanders are at risk of living in fuel poverty, if no help is given.
