Walking football is a non-contact version of the sport, which sees players walk instead of run

Scotland hosted the biggest walking football festival in the world at the weekend as 76 teams took to the pitches at Glasgow Green.

The Walking Football Scottish Cup was up for grabs, but it’s not just a medal players are chasing, there are many health benefits too.
