A charity claims carers are being short-changed by up to £25 million a year, as new figures shared exclusively with STV News reveal designated funding for carer support is either not being spent by councils or allocated to other projects.
Freedom of Information requests submitted by the Coalition of Carers in Scotland say more transparency is needed.
