£170,000 spent installing and then removing Loch Morlich parking

Forestry and Land Scotland is working with the other organisations to seek a solution

STV News has learned that £170,000 of taxpayers’ money was wasted, installing and then removing parking spaces at a popular beauty-spot.

Plastic bollards now line the roadside at Loch Morlich in the Cairngorms Park to deter motorists, but with no alternative parking arrangements.
