11-year old told he must wait two years for mental health support

Charlie's case was raised by Labour at Holyrood yesterday.

The mother of an 11 year old boy who posted on social media about wanting to die says she felt support services did not care after they told her he faced a two year wait for help.

She says her son Charlie has been completely abandoned.

The First Minister said it was not acceptable, and waits for child and adolescent mental health services are too long.
