Falkirk’s John McGlynn has been named PFA Scotland Manager of the Year by his peers following a sensational season.
The 62-year-old led the Bairns to an unbeaten League One campaign as champions and secured promotion to the Championship.
McGlynn’s side won 27 and drew nine of their 36 games.
The award is in association with Scottish Managers & Coaches Association.
Other nominees were Kilmarnock boss Derek McInnes – who has taken Killie into Europe next season – and Dundee manager Tony Docherty.
Rangers boss Jo Potter has been named PFA Scotland Scottish Women’s Premier League 1 Manager of the Year.
The Light Blues, who won the Sky Sports Cup earlier in the season, are vying with Old Firm rivals Celtic at the top of the league ahead of their meeting on Monday and are in the Scottish Cup final against Hearts at Hampden Park.
Former England international Potter joined Rangers last June.
The other nominees were Grant Scott of Hibernian and Brian Graham of Partick Thistle although the Jags boss, who doubles as striker for the Maryhill men’s side, was named PFA Scotland Championship Player of the Year.
The 36-year-old striker has scored 24 goals this season to help earn a play-off spot for the Jags, who will take on Airdrieonians.
Falkirk winger Callumn Morrison was named PFA Scotland League 1 Player of the Year, with 34-year-old Stenhousemuir defender Gregor Buchanan landing the League 2 award.
Lawrence Shankland was named Premiership Player of the Year after a 28-goal campaign with Hearts who have guaranteed third place with three games remaining.
He beat fellow nominees Matt O’Riley, Jack Butland and James Tavernier to the award.
