Philippe Clement has named his Rangers side to face Manchester United in the Europa League.

The Ibrox club can take a big step towards qualifying for the last 16 with a positive result against a struggling Premier League side.

Clement has had a raft of injuries to deal with but his options have been further narrowed for Thursday’s match with Mohamed Diomande suspended and Clinton Nsiala, Danilo and Ianis Hagi not registered for European competition. He will be without eight first team players for Old Trafford.

Jack Butland returns in goals, with Jefte, Leon Balogun, Robin Propper and captain James Tavernier in a back four.

Connor Barron and Nicolas Raskin anchor the midfield, with Ridvan Yilmaz, Nedim Bajrami and Vaclav Cerny playing in support of striker Hamza Igamane.
