Stoke City have made a bid to sign Elie Youan from Hibs, STV can reveal.
It is understood the bid for the 24-year-old is in the region of £1.5m plus add ons.
The Championship side’s bid comes following interest last January, which at the time was rebuffed by Hibernian.
Blackburn Rovers have also been understood to be interested in the French forward.
Youan had spent the season at Easter Road on loan from Swiss side St Gallen before signing a three-year contract in 2023.
The forward previously featured for FC Nantes, St. Gallen, and KV Mechelen before his move to Edinburgh.
He has also been capped at an international age-grade level, representing France at U18s, U19s and U20s.
