Steve Clarke has named a 25-man Scotland squad for the team’s upcoming friendlies against Iceland and Liechtenstein.
The national team return to action next month for the first time since the Nations League play-off defeat to Greece in March.
They take on Iceland at Hampden on Friday, June 6, before travelling to Vaduz to play Liechtenstein at the Rheinpark Stadion.
Scotland return to competitive action in September when they open their World Cup qualification campaign with back-to-back away games against Denmark and Belarus.
Scott McTominay and Billy Gilmour are now just one game away from winning the Serie A title with Napoli, who lead Inter Milan by one point going into the final game, when they will play Cagliari at home on Sunday.
Also in Italy, midfielder Lewis Ferguson captained Bologna to the Coppa Italia last week when they defeated AC Milan in the final.
Clarke has included all three players in his squad alongside the likes of John McGinn, Andy Robertson and Kieran Tierney.
Hibs forward Kieron Bowie, who scored his sixth Premiership goal of the season in the 2-2 draw with Rangers, has been selected for the first time.
Speaking after naming his squad, Clarke revealed he has been keeping tabs on the former Raith Rovers and Fulham striker.
He said: “Kieron has had a good season, obviously injury affected at certain times, but he is one that I have had my eye on from the under-21s.
“Any time I watched the under-21s he always stood out. He’s big, physical, strong and has good attributes to his game.
“Going into the summer, obviously you have people like Lawrence (Shankland) and Kevin Nisbet, who I know what they can bring to the squad and what they can give me.
“So I just wanted to have a look at something a bit different and see if we can expand the pool of players.
“I keep talking about trying to get a bigger overall pool of players that we can select from. And these games are probably a chance to have a look at one of two.”
Other top-flight inclusions are Hearts youngster James Wilson and Motherwell’s Lennon Miller.
Kilmarnock stopper Robby McCrorie is one of three goalkeepers included with Celtic defender Anthony Ralston and Rangers duo John Souttar and Connor Barron also selected.
Angus Gunn and Nathan Patterson return to the squad.
Seven uncapped players, Bowie, Miller, Barron, Doig, McCrorie, Cieran Slicker and West Ham’s Andy Irving, have been named.
