The draw for the semi-finals of the Scottish Cup has taken place as the last four find out who they will play at Hampden.

Cup holders Celtic will play Aberdeen while treble-chasing Rangers will take on Hearts.

The four remaining sides are now only two victories away from winning the oldest trophy in world football.

The semi-final draw was held after the last quarter-final game of this season when Greenock Morton hosted Hearts at Cappielow on Monday night.

Kenneth Vargas scored the only goal of the game as the Premiership side ran out 1-0 winners to book a place in the last four where they will play Rangers.

Celtic will take on Aberdeen in the other semi in the games that will be played on the weekend of April 21 and 22.

Aberdeen were the first side to get through when they beat Kilmarnock in what turned out to be Neil Warnock’s last game in charge on Saturday.

The Hoops then defeated Livingston 4-2 at Celtic Park on Sunday before Rangers beat nine-man Hibs 2-0 at Easter Road later that day.
