Steve Clarke has named his Scotland side for Sunday’s World Cup qualifier against Belarus at Hampden.
The national team are aiming to take maximum points from their double-header after the comeback win over Greece on Thursday and come up against a Belarus side that is yet to take a point in the campaign.
The head coach was always likely to make changes for the second match in four games but has had some decisions forced on him with Ryan Christie and Lewis Ferguson suspended and Aaron Hickey injured. Connor Barron and Josh Mulligan were drafted into the squad.
That has meant a return to the starting side for Billy Gilmour, with Kenny McLean also coming into the midfield. Anthony Ralston replaces Hickey at right-back.
Angus Gunn starts in goal, with Andy Robertson, Scott McKenna, Jack Hendry and Ralston in defence.
Gilmour, and McLean achor the midfield, with Scott McTominay, John McGinn and Ben Gannon Doak playing in attack behind Che Adams.
Scotland currently sit second in Group C, behind Denmark on goal difference. The group winners qualify for World Cup 2026 automatically, with the runners-up going into the play-offs.
Following the Belarus match the qualification campaign concludes with a trip to face Greece on Novermber 15 and a home game against the Danes three days later.
