Scotland wrapped up their successful campaign at the European Women’s T20 World Cup qualifying tournament with an emphatic 155-run win over France on Tuesday.
The Scots had already secured their place in next year’s final world qualifiers heading into the last game of the four-team event in Almeria, Spain.
Ailsa Lister hit an unbeaten 68 in 36 balls, including six fours and three sixes, as Scotland posted 204 for four from their 20 overs. Captain Kathryn Bryce weighed in with 53 after sharing in an opening stand of 99 with Darcey Carter (36).
Priyanaz Chatterji took three for seven and Carter three for 14 as France were bowled out for 49 in 14.2 overs.
