The Ibrox side are in desperate need of points to keep their hopes of qualification alive but will face a tough test against Robbie Keane’s team on Thursday evening.
Mohamed Diomande’s suspension and a number of injuries throughout the squad have limited Rohl’s options but he has named an attacking side for the match in Budapest.
Captain James Tavernier and Danilo return to the starting line-up, replacing Diomande and Nedim Bajrami, who is injured.
Jack Butland starts in goal behind a back line of Max Aarons, Tavernier, Nasser Djiga, Emmanuel Fernandez and Jayden Meghoma.
Nico Raskin and Connor Barron are in the centre of midfield, while Danilo and Djeidi Gassama look to be lining up either side of strikerBojan Miovski.
The Rangers substitutes are: Liam Kelly, Dujon Sterling, Findlay Curtis, Lyall Cameron, Mikey Moore, Thelo Aasgaard, Youssef Chermiti, Lewis Stewart and Calum Adamson.
