Celtic manager Ange Postecoglou has named his team to face Shalhtar Donetsk in the Champions Legaue, with Kyogo Furuhashi and Giorgos Giakoumakis starting together in attack.

The Celtic boss has tended to go with just one central striker since arriving in Glasgow, and Furuhashi and Giakoumakis have been rotated in the position.

In a match that the Scottish champions need to win to have any hope of remaining in European competition after Christmas, Postecoglou has opted to start with both strikers in an attacking line-up.

Joe Hart starts in goal behind a back four of Greg Taylor, Moritz Jenz, Cameron Carter-Vickers and Josip Juranovic.

Reo Hatate and Matt O’Riley look to be playing as a midfield two, with Sead Haksabanovic and Liel Abada operating in the wide positions either side of Furuhashi and Giakoumakis.

Scott Bain, Benjamin Siegrist, Aaron Mooy, David Turnbull, James McCarthy, Alexandro Bernabei, Oliver Abildgaard, Daizen Maeda, James Forrest and Anthony Ralston are the substitutes.
