The starting line-ups for the first of this weekend’s Scottish Cup semi-finals have been named as Inverness and Falkirk get ready to go head-to-head at Hampden.
Billy Dodds leads Championship side Inverness into the National Stadium to take on League one Falkirk managed by John McGlynn.
The winner will take on whoever comes through Sunday’s game between Celtic and Rangers at the same stadium.
If McGlynn can lead his side to the final they will become only the second ever team to reach the showpiece event while playing in the country’s third tier.
They are hoping to follow in the footsteps of Gretna who reached the 2006 final during their rapid rise through the leagues.
Inverness on the other hand will be hoping they can become the first lower league team to win the competition since Hibs beat Rangers in 2016 while both clubs were in the Championship.
The Highland club start with Ridgers in goals behind Duffy, Harper, Welsh, Deas, Devine, McKay, Mackay, Allardice, Henderson and Shaw.
The Bairns start with Kinnear in goals behind Williamson, McGinn, Henderson, Donaldson, Morrison, McCann, Burrell, McKay, Kucheriavyi and Kennedy.
