Champions Hibernian scored a late equaliser to draw 1-1 with Celtic in Hamilton.
Natalie Ross’ opener was cancelled out by Kathleen McGovern’s leveller with just over 15 minutes of the game remaining.
That leaves Celtic in third, three points behind Rangers, and Hibs in fifth, six points off the top but with a game in hand.
Elsewhere, Montrose beat bottom side Hamilton 2-0, and Motherwell were held to a 1-1 draw at home to Partick Thistle.
