Scottish football is set to return from Wednesday after a round of fixtures was postponed following the Queen’s death.
Authorities said they were planning for the “professional game to resume as normal”, subject to Police Scotland confirming resources were available.
The first domestic matches since Elizabeth II’s death are scheduled to be in the Scottish Women’s Premier 1 on Wednesday.
Rangers will play their men’s Champions League tie with Napoli that night after the match was moved back 24 hours on police advice.
Celtic and Hearts are also on European duty this week, in Poland on Wednesday and Latvia on Thursday respectively.
The Premiership is expected to be back in action on Saturday as Rangers host Dundee United, while Celtic are away to St Mirren on Sunday.
Clubs are being told they can hold a minute’s silence, play the national anthem and allow players to wear black armbands as a mark of respect.
The Scottish FA said: “Following the postponement of all fixtures in the professional game across Scotland last weekend, we can confirm the intention for the professional game to resume as normal.”
All senior football across the UK was postponed at the weekend, although many youth fixtures went ahead as normal in Scotland.
