Scotland goalkeeper Angus Gunn says he will consider his options in January as he looks to play regular football.
The Nottingham Forest stopper has been frozen out at the City Ground and has yet to make a first team appearance for the English Premier League side.
And, as he prepares for World Cup qualifiers against Greece and Belarus with the national team, he admits he may need to reassess his situation when the transfer window reopens.
He said: “I went into a situation, at a club, where I thought I would be getting, obviously, not regular game-time, but some game time in terms of cups and things like that.
“That’s not really materialised, which I am disappointed about, but I have had the opportunity to come here to play in the last two games.
“It’s not a long-term contract at Forest, so there’s definitely options, even in January to reconsider.
“It’s different when you have experience in the past, I have played plenty of games now, not only at club level, but internationally as well.
“So hopefully I can use that experience to my advantage, and do well whenever I am called upon.”
