SNS GroupRangers have confirmed the departure of left-back Jefte.
The 21-year-old Brazilian, who moved to Ibrox from APOEL in 2024, has completed a move to Palmeiras in his homeland.
STV Sport understands that the fee is in the region of £6m-£6.5m.
A statement from Rangers released on Wednesday night said: “We can today confirm the departure of Jefté to Palmeiras for an undisclosed fee.
“Everyone at Rangers thanks Jefté for his contribution while at the club, and we wish him well for his future career.”
The move follows the loan signing of Brentford left-back Jayden Meghoma who made his debut in the 3-1 defeat to Club Brugge on Tuesday.
