Celtic are weighing up a January move for Bobby Clark from Austrian side RB Salzburg.
STV Sport understands the Hoops are interested in the former Liverpool starlet who is currently on loan at English Championship side Derby County.
The Scottish champions could bring the 20-year-old to Parkhead when the transfer window reopens in the new year.
Clark burst on to the scene at Anfield as a teenager and became the club’s youngest ever scorer in European competition when he netted in a win over Sparta Prague in the 23/24 campaign.
The midfielder departed for Salzburg in a deal worth £10m the following summer and made 25 appearances as they finished second in the Austrian Bundesliga.
Clark returned to England with a loan move to Derby in the summer and has played ten games for the Rams this campaign.
