Falkirk have stunned Celtic with a 2-0 win at home after heroics from former Hoops goalkeeper Scott Bain.
The Scottish champions fell to a second league defeat of the season, unable to extend their gap on Rangers to more than four points.
For John McGlynn’s side, they made it four wins in a row in the Scottish Premiership with goals from Ethan Ross and Scott Tanser.
It was also the first time Falkirk have beaten Celtic since 2007, ending a 19-year unwanted record.
Falkirk moved up to fourth behind Hearts on 18 points, with the Jambos in action against Hibs in the Premier Sports Cup semi-final on Sunday.
It comes after Rangers booked their place in the final with a late goal against Aberdeen on Saturday.
