Dundee’s Premiership game against Rangers on Wednesday night is under threat of postponement after heavy rainfall in the city.
The east coast has been hit by another wave of bad weather and further rain is forecast for this afternoon, meaning a decision may have to be made on whether the game goes ahead.
Dundee are hopefully the fixture can go ahead but have issued a notice to fans saying that the situation is under review.
A message on the club website read:
“Dundee Football Club are currently monitoring the weather conditions due to the recent heavy rainfall.
“As it currently stands the club are optimistic that this evening’s match against Rangers at The Scot Foam Stadium at Dens Park will go ahead as planned.
“If there are any updates or changes regarding tonight’s match the club will update supporters through the club website and social media channels.”
