Aberdeen forward Luis ‘Duk’ Lopes will lead the line for the club’s Conference League clash in Greece.
The Dons travel to take on PAOK in their fourth group game in this season’s competition as they still hunt for their first win.
Barry Robson’s side were 2-0 up with only 16 minutes remaining when they hosted the group leaders a fortnight ago.
But PAOK hit back and took all three points with a 3-2 victory after scoring the winner from the penalty spot in injury time.
Their only point so far has come from the 1-1 home draw against HJK Helsinki.
Robson has made two changes from the side that secured their place in the League Cup final with victory over Hibs at the weekend.
Duk replaces Bojan Miovski up front with Ryan Duncan coming in for Clarkson in the midfield.
So Aberdeen start with Roos in goals behind Devlin, Mackenzie, Jensen, Gartenmann, Rubezic, Shinnie, Duncan, McGrath, Barron and Duk.
The game at the Stadio Toumbas in Thessaloniki kicks off at 5.45pm.
