Celtic midfielder Arne Engels is undergoing a medical with West Ham after a £22 million bid was accepted.
STV Sport understands that the Hoops have agreed a fee with the Championship side for Engels, as the Belgian looks set to join the recently relegated club.
The London side has been interested in the 22-year-old throughout the Summer window, with a previous bid being thrown out.
However, Celtic has accepted the Hammers’ recent bid, which would make Engels the fourth most expensive departure from the club.
The Belgian made a deadline day move from Augsburg to the Premiership champions in 2004, in a deal that broke the club’s transfer record at the time.
