Livingston have made their seventh January signing after agreeing a permanent deal for Celtic’s Mitchell Robertson.
The relegation-threatened side have been busy trying to strengthen for their battle against the drop, but have made a signing for the future, with the versatile defender signing a three-and-a-half-year contract at Almondvale.
Robertson was a mainstay in Celtic’s B team in recent years, playing in three Lowland League campaigns and also gaining experience in the UEFA Youth League.
This season he has been on loan at Inverness, scoring twice and assisting two goals in his ten appearances in League One.
Livingston have said that he will remain in the Highlands on loan for the rest of the season to assist Inverness in their promotion bid before moving to his new club in the summer.
