Switzerland striker Cedric Itten has left Rangers and joined BSC Young Boys in his homeland.
The 25-year-old joined the Ibrox club in the summer of 2020 and was part of the squad to win the Scottish Premiership trophy under Steven Gerrard.
He made 49 appearances in total, scoring nine goals.
Itten, who has been capped seven times by his national side, was loaned to German club Greuther Furth last season before being recalled in January.
However, he was unable to break into the first team, despite scoring in Rangers’ final league match of the season against Hearts at Tynecastle.
Young Boys, who finished third in the Swiss Super League, announced that Itten has signed a deal at the club until 2026.
