SNS GroupBurton Albion have made a bid for Kilmarnock defender George Stanger.
STV Sport understands the English League One side has made an offer of £150,000 plus add-ons. Negotiations between the two clubs are continuing.
Stanger – who has less than a year left on his contract – moved to Rugby Park last summer.
He made 25 appearances last season and has played in all but one game this campaign.
The 26-year-old has also played for rivals Ayr United, Alloa and Dumbarton.
