Alfredo Morelos is back in the Rangers starting line-up as Giovanni van Bronckhorst makes five changes to his team for the visit of Napoli in the Champions League.
The Colombian striker was dropped by his manager for “attitude and fitness” reasons after a red card earlier in the season and has been a substitute since returning to the squad.
Van Bronckhorst has since praised the player for his improved condition and effort and has now turned to the player as he looks to help the team bounce back from consecutive 4-0 defeats to Celtic and Ajax.
The change up top, which results in Antonio Colak dropping to the bench, is one of five changes from the side that lost in Amsterdam last week.
Allan McGregor replaces the injured Jon McLaughlin in goals, while Ryan Jack, Steven Davis and Scott Arfield also return. Glen Kamara, Scott Wright and Malik Tillman are the other players dropping out of the starting line-up.
McGregor makes his 10th European appearance for the club, and starts behind a back four of Borna Barisic, James Sands, Connor Goldson and James Tavernier.
John Lundstram, Davis and Jack are in midfield, while Ryan Kent and Arfield play in support of Morelos in the central striker role.
