Aberdeen midfielder Funso Ojo has left the club on loan, signing for Wigan Athletic until the end of the season.
Ojo travelled south on Wednesday, missing his side’s 0-0 draw with St Johnstone to hold talks with Wigan and concluded the move on Thursday.
The Belgian midfielder had failed to hold down a starting spot this season with increased competition for places.
Ojo moved to Aberdeen in July 2019, signing a three-year contract at Pittodrie when he transferred from Scunthorpe United.
The PSV Eindhoven academy product counts Willem II and Royal Antwerp among his previous clubs.
